Current processing time: 

3 to 4 weeks plus shipping. I try very hard to get your goodies to you faster if possible. Please note I am a one woman show and cut sew and ship everything alone. Thank you so much for your patience and if you have any questions please feel free to email me at [email protected]

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

My main goal here is to be able to create unique items that you will LOVE. So please, if you are at all unhappy let me know. I will gladly help resolve whatever issue there may be. 

I do not issue refunds. If you are unhappy with the fit let me know and I can exchange your item for a smaller or larger one. If there is any other issue with the clothing I will do my best to make you happy with it. 

Substitutions:

There may be a time where the exact trim I use will be out of stock. I will always try to match as best as I can so the look will be the same. I am super over cautious about running out of fabric and trim and this will most likely never happen. But just incase :).

International shipping:

I am so grateful that someone across the world would even think to buy something from me! Truly thank you. I try to keep shipping costs down as much as I can so it can be affordable to you. I do not make money off of any of my shipping and break even. International orders will be sent First Class mail by USPS. Sadly, tracking is unavailable for international orders. I will always notify you when a package has been shipped out. From there the timing really depends on customs. If for some reason it has been an unusually long time since the notification email and you still do not have a package please email me.  

Lost packages:

I send all of my domestic orders Priority Mail that has insurance and a tracking number. If for some reason your package gets lost, or said it was delivered and you don't have it, email me! I am happy to help to figure out what has happened. 

Most of all, please enjoy whatever it is you buy from me. I very much enjoy making it for you all and I only want that feeling to be passed on! I do it all alone while taking care of two kids. Patience  and understanding is always welcomed here :)
